Yes! Most of our items are custom by nature. You can choose your colors or design, hardware, sizing, and add name plates. In addition, if you have a specific design in mind (such as a leash with an extra feature), and you don't see it on my website, please shoot me a message! I'll see what I can do. For BioThane items - hand wash in the sink (or even with a hose!). Make sure it is rinsed after contact with salt water. You can use soap if needed, but rinse thoroughly. Dry with a towel or air dry.

For fabric or webbing items - hand wash gently in the sink with water and dawn dish soap. Hang to dry.

For dog tags - you can wash with soap and water, but the main thing you probably need to do is polish it! This can be done a couple of ways. If you have super fine steel wool, you can use this to bring the tag back up to a shine. You can also find jewelry polishing cloths online. If the black imprint on the tags wears away, you can use a sharpie to reapply, and wipe back the excess.

I try my best to keep my prices low and affordable for you, while also allowing me to stay in business. Because of my already low prices, I don't often run sales.
