The safekeeper leash upgrade adds a built in backup clip, making your leash a leash and prong backup link all in one. Clip the extra length onto the regular collar, and the main part of the leash to the prong collar (shorter end). There is a spot to clip the backup away for storage if not needed.
This type of leash is to make sure if the prong collar comes undone, the leash is still attached to a different collar on your dog. If you don't need the backup feature, simply clip it away to the storage ring and use as a traffic handle if desired. Hardware will match the leash.
This leash is waterproof, mudproof, stinkproof, and the handle can be used to clip to objects on your adventures. This leash is 5/8" wide and buttery soft. It comes with solid brass hardware. The silver color is nickle plated brass. Color pictured: Emerald.
I do not keep large inventories of all of the colors, so at any given time it is possible for a color to become backordered. If this occurs I will inform you of any delays.
